Job Description: Full-time position from 11:00am-7:30pm that would include every other weekend and some holidays.
Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a Kitchen Manager in a senior community or restaurant setting.
Basic Function: Supervises overall food service operation using production system, following HACCP/food safety guidelines, and managing food and labor costs. Will develop menus using recipes, purchase food/supplies as needed following budget guidelines. Directly supervising/training food service staff to maintain customer satisfaction and sanitation guidelines.
