The event is FREE and open to the public.

What: Education opportunities for those currently facing end-of-life decisions,
as well as those of all ages who simply want to plan ahead for their future care needs.

When: Tuesday, October 9, 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  Education booths open 9:30 a.m.to 3:00 p.m. 
  Special presentations throughout the day!

Parking is available at the Saint Therese of New Hope campus. Shuttle service is also available from the St. Raphael’s church parking lot located at 7301 Bass Lake Road.
