Health and Wellness Benefits
Saint Therese offers competitive and affordable benefit packages to meet the needs of its employees. Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to receive healthcare benefits.
The medical plan offers 3 different plan options: Copay Plan, Health Saving Account Plan and a High Deductible Health Saving Account Plan. Saint Therese makes $500-$1,000 contributions to your HSA account annually depending on coverage level.
The medical plans provide preventative coverage at no additional cost and unlimited lifetime benefit maximums.
Saint Therese has a great dental plan that provides preventative coverage at no additional charge.
Additional Voluntary Benefits
- Basic life with Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D): Saint Therese provides benefit eligible employees with one times their annual salary for basic life and accidental death and dismemberment at no cost to the employee.
- Supplemental life for employee, spouse, and child(ren): Employees may purchase supplemental insurance up to $500,000 including basic life; spouses up to $500,000 and child(ren) $5,000 or $10,000 coverage level.
This benefit offers accidental, cancer, and short term disability coverage. Employee can elect one or all of the benefit options.
- Accidental coverage to help offset the cost associated with an accidental injury.
- Cancer coverage to provide financial support in the event you are diagnosed with cancer.
- Short Term Disability coverage provides financial benefits (partial income replacement) to help offset the loss of income due to a covered illness or injury.
The vision plan offers materials-only coverage, which includes coverage allowances and discounts on frames, lenses, and contact lenses (eye exams are covered under medical plans).
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax money from each check to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
403(B) Retirement Plan: Saint Therese understands the importance of providing retirement plans to assist in employee’s financial planning for retirement. Pre-tax and Roth plans are offered. Employees are automatically enrolled at 3% unless you opt out or select a different deferral rate. After one year of employment employee is eligible to receive a company match (50% of contribution up to 6%).

Employees working 9 hours or more per pay period will accrue a set number of hours to use for vacation, personal, and sick leave.
Paid Disability Leave
Employees working 9 hours or more per pay period will accrue a set number of hours to use for extended illness.
