Dining Options

Residents have several options for dining.

Dining Room - Start each morning with a continental breakfast served in the dining room. At lunch and dinner, two entrée choices are available daily, along with made to order sandwiches, daily signature soups and salads. A variety of changing desserts are also offered. Residents in the care center may be escorted to and from meals in the dining room.

Café Rose - Located in the campus center, the Café Rose is a cafeteria-style dining experience with quality food available to residents and guests. 

In-room - Many of our residents  enjoy preparing meals and dining at home. For residents in assisted living and the care center, delivery from the dining room is also available. 

Patio - During the warmer months, Saint Therese has several patios and garden spaces available for dining. While there is no outdoor service other than for special events, residents and guests are welcome to dine outdoors.

Monday

  • Creamy Chicken Dumpling Soup or House Salad with Dressing
  • Pork Ribs with Sauerkraut or Stuffed Chicken Breast

  • German Chocolate Cake, Sugar-free Cookies or Fresh Fruit

Tuesday

  • Cream of Mushroom Soup or House Salad with Dressing
  • Herb Cod or Teriyaki Chicken Breast
  • Rice, Peas, and Mandarin Oranges (2)
  • Dutch Apple Pie, Sugar-free Pie or Fresh Fruit

Wednesday

  • Beef Barley Soup or House Salad with Dressing
  • Wild Salmon with Dill or Glazed Chicken Breast
  • Sweet Potatoes, Asparagus and Cottage Cheese Salad (2)
  • Tin Roof Sundae, Sugar-free Ice Cream or Fresh Fruit

Thursday

Saturday
