The dining services staff at Saint Therese of New Hope in New Hope, Minnesota, takes pride in offering a variety of menu choices. Menu items are made with fresh, nutritious ingredients.  Heart-healthy and lower calorie food choices are available. Special meals are offered several times a year including a summer cook out with grilled hotdogs and burgers, Oktoberfest meal with ribs and kraut and Christmas ham and turkey.

Long-term Care and Transitional Care
At lunch and dinner servings, two entrée choices are available daily, along with made to order sandwiches, daily signature soups and salads. A variety of changing desserts are also offered. Residents in long-term care and transitional care may be escorted to and from meals in the dining room.

Senior Apartments and Assisted Living
At lunch and dinner, two entrée choices are available daily in the senior apartments and assisted living; a monthly menu is posted. Seasonal items are available regularly.

Café Rose
Families and guests can request an individual’s meal be delivered to the Café Rose to dine with guests by contacting the nursing station. Please avoid sitting in the neighborhood dining rooms with your guest to keep areas open for our other residents; seating is limited in the dining rooms in each neighborhood. Vending machines and an ATM are also available in the Café Rose.

Catering
Saint Therese has catering and event planning services available for special functions or events, on or offsite. Our staff can help you with small, casual gatherings or large parties. Please contact our senior apartment dining staff to set-up a catering event by calling 763.531.5403.
